Our Team

We believe in creating spaces that tell your story; authentically, comfortably, and beautifully. As your design partners, we’re here to guide you every step of the way, so you feel confident (and excited) about the updates you’re investing in. We can’t wait to help bring your very own Storybook House to life.

Before we begin the art of creating a beautiful space, we start with intention; taking time to understand your needs, your budget, and the rhythm of your timeline. From there, we thoughtfully weave together finishes, materials, and textiles, building a foundation that feels both cohesive and personal. Once the larger pieces fall into place, we layer in the final details; the elements that add soul, warmth, and the unmistakable feeling of home.

Stephanie Schmid

FOUNDER | DESIGNER

As the creative lead of Storybook House, Stephanie brings your vision to life; interpreting inspiration images, listening closely to your ideas, and drawing on years of renovation and styling experience. Her approach blends beauty with practicality, resulting in spaces that feel intentional, livable, and distinctly you.

She has a natural ability to translate abstract ideas and layered inspiration into cohesive, thoughtfully designed spaces that reflect your unique taste.

Bailey Williams

Dreams are translated into reality through Bailey’s thoughtful processes, meticulous organization, and intuitive problem-solving. She asks the right questions, anticipates what’s ahead, and creates clear plans that allow us to manage the controllables, and respond gracefully when curveballs arise.

As the operational backbone of Storybook House, Bailey ensures that beautiful design plans are seamlessly brought to life in your home.

Brandi Williams

STUDIO MANAGER

Our Studio Manager is the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps every project moving forward. With a primary focus on procurement, she manages the many details that happen after a design is approved—from placing orders and communicating with vendors to tracking shipments, coordinating deliveries, and troubleshooting the inevitable hiccups along the way.
